Fall Traditions: Apple Picking

There’s no better way to celebrate Fall solstice than by apple picking with one of your best friends!

It’s the first full week of Fall (aka the best season of all), and one of my best friends, Lindsey, and I celebrated by going to an apple orchard for some of our favorite treats! Nothing beats fresh cider and pumpkin donuts on a crisp, cool day!

We got lost for hours walking through the rows of apple trees, and we left with the biggest bag of apples! We were struggling to carry it all the way back. If you were following along with my Instagram story last night, you saw the apple pie I made. I’m not going to lie, I was pretty proud of that pie. I almost didn’t want to cut into it because it was so beautiful (shoutout to the Food Network for teaching me everything I know about baking)!

There are so many exciting things happening next week! First off, I am completely changing my hair (AHHH)! Am I going shorter and darker, or am I keeping it long and blonde? I don’t know… You’ll have to wait and see! I’m also excited about going to NYC with one of my amazing friends, Katia, for New York Bridal Fashion Week. This will be my third year going, and we are seeing some fabulous designers, so stay tuned for my annual NYBFW Bridal Trends post! xoxo
